     Our client, a family-owned, national real estate developer with over 35 years building multifamily communities, is looking to hire an Architecture Project Manager. They have developed over $2 billion in assets, with ongoing projects in various stages of development. The company’s fully integrated approach from design to portfolio management has made them a leader in the development industry.

    The Architecture Project Manager will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring design integrity, code compliance, and effective coordination with vendors, contractors, and subcontractors.

    This role is ideal for someone with experience in architectural design, particularly with a focus on multifamily projects.

    Architecture Project Manager Responsibilities: 

    • Lead multifamily projects from conception to tenant occupancy, ensuring alignment with client goals, design, and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop project schedules, manage timelines, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
    • Review and approve design concepts and plans, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with codes and project standards.
    • Provide creative direction and design oversight for consultants and stakeholders.
    • Manage budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships.
    • Identify and mitigate project risks, oversee multiple projects simultaneously, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery while maintaining design integrity.
    • Mentor junior architects, promote professional growth, and ensure the team stays current with design trends and technologies.

    Architecture Project Manager Qualifications:

    • Licensed Architect, with 8+ years of design experience (primarily MFH projects).
    • At least 5 years of experience using Revit.
    • Bachelor’s in Architecture (equivalent experience may be substituted).
    • Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and multifamily design standards.
    • Skilled at balancing aesthetic considerations with technical requirements/feasibility.
    • Knowledge of sustainability best practices in built environments.
    • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and effective communication.
    • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

    Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 annually
