Join our team as an energetic and results-oriented Area Director to lead our growth in the Newark, NJ area. The ideal candidate has: • Excellent recruiting and relationship-building skills. • A history of leadership success across career, business, or personal endeavors. • Experience in real estate leadership, sales, or brokerage growth. • A strong desire to build and expand KW's presence in the region. • Proven ability to train, coach, and lead high-performing teams. • Flexibility for monthly travel. Compensation: • Expected first-year earnings $200,000 • Benefits Package Responsibilities: Recruitment & Growth: • Launch 2 KW Market Centers per year in the NY Tri-State & Manhattan Regions. • Recruit 12 Independent Brokerage Partners per year into KW NY Tri-State & Manhattan Regions. • Manage the regional recruiting pipeline for Independent brokerages and top agents. • Call recruits to invite them to KW NY Tri-State & Manhattan Regional training events with a goal of 15% of event registrants being recruits. • Call recruits to invite them to attend Mega Camp and Family Reunion as regional guests. • As needed, call recruits about open leadership opportunities in the Region (OP or TL roles). • Collaborate with Market Center leadership to foster growth and retention. Launch Support: • Identify and conduct KPA assessments for potential OP candidates for Market Center launches. • Act as "boots on the ground" by Launching OP candidates to assist with recruiting for launches. • Organize and conduct training events in launch areas, inviting recruits to attend. • Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with recruits to discuss launch opportunities. • Hold weekly coaching and accountability meetings with Launching OP candidates. Independent Brokerage Engagement: • Conduct 3 independent brokerage appointments per week to build relationships and discuss the KW Independent Partnership Model. • Host monthly KW Independent Partnership Model presentations via Zoom for independent brokers. Training & Development: • Oversee all Team Leader training initiatives, including weekly calls, masterminds, and workshops. • Provide ongoing coaching, support, and accountability for regional leadership.
