Position: Full-Time Day Supervisor Pay: $16–$17/hour + Weekly Pay Schedule: 40 hours/week – flexible hours based on client needs Extras: Overtime available, benefits, and company-paid perks

You’ve run a shift, managed people, handled customer complaints, and still managed to keep your cool. If you’ve worked in fast food or quick-service restaurants, you’ve already built the skills we’re looking for.

In This Role, You Will:

Lead a team of cleaners across multiple buildings

Step in when coverage is needed (like you do when a line cook called out!)

Be the main contact for your clients—just like you were for your district manager

Oversee inspections, coach your team, and fix issues on the fly

No janitorial experience? That’s okay. If you’ve managed a crew, stayed cool under pressure, and handled shift changes like a pro—we’ll train you on the rest.

Confidence communicating with customers and coworkers

Reliable transportation + valid driver’s license
