    Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Area General Manager to oversee our residential plumbing and HVAC operations in Silver Springs, MD. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing multiple locations, driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining operational excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily operations of multiple residential plumbing and HVAC service locations.
    • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business goals and objectives.
    • Manage budgets, financial performance, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of managers and technicians.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
    • Drive customer satisfaction through quality service delivery and effective problem resolution.
    • Foster strong relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
    • Identify opportunities for business development and expansion.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as an Area General Manager or in a similar managerial role within the residential plumbing and HVAC industry.
    • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Excellent financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L statements. -Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
    • Solid understanding of industry regulations and safety standards.
    • Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
    • Ability to travel within the assigned area as needed.

    Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role within the residential plumbing and HVAC industry.
