    Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Area Manager to join our Canyon County team. This role demands a proactive self-starter who can operate independently, possesses a business owner’s mindset, and excels in cultivating professional relationships within the healthcare sector.

    Responsibilities:

    • Engage with healthcare professionals to establish trust, promote our services, and secure referrals.
    • Conduct client meetings to evaluate their needs and demonstrate how our services align with those needs.
    • Perform regular client visits to ensure service delivery meets our high standards.
    • Provide weekly updates and strategic input to the marketing director.
    • Occasionally step in as a caregiver in emergency situations, demonstrating flexibility and teamwork.

    Requirements:

    • Experience in sales or marketing is highly desirable.
    • Must possess excellent relationship-building skills, be highly organized, and able to develop and implement effective plans.
    • Proficiency in using PCs or tablets is essential.
    • Typical work hours are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with occasional extra hours for client engagements.
