Position Summary
Everline Coatings is seeking an experienced and dynamic Area Operations Manager to join our team in Omaha, Nebraska. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
Responsibilities
· Manage and supervise the operations team to ensure timely completion of projects
· Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity

Requirements

Ensuring Compliance:
The Area Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring each EverLine location adheres to all company activities and regulations.
Managing Depot Managers:
They oversee and manage depot managers to ensure each location is functioning effectively and meeting company goals.
Meeting KPIs and SLAs:
The role focuses on ensuring that each location meets the company's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Managing Deliveries and Dispatches:
They are responsible for the efficient and timely management of deliveries from suppliers and the dispatch of goods, ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
