    Amcare Pro is a full-service home health care agency providing care for Dallas-Ft Worth and East Texas area residents. We are a family-owned agency certified by Medicare.

    We are growing our Sales team and are looking to add another seasoned and established Area Sales Manager for our East Texas territory. This position is full-time with a very competitive base pay + commissions/incentive/bonus structure.

    Description:

    We are looking for a candidate who not only possesses sales skills but also has the critical thinking and leadership qualities to build and potentially lead a team as Amcare expands existing and develops new territories. The candidate should be a team player who doesn't hesitate to take the initiative, plays an active part in contributing to the company's growth, and is just as focused on solutions as setbacks. The candidate should be able to leverage the variety of payor sources Amcare Pro accepts and build on it.

    As Amcare Pro continues to grow the position will have the opportunity to evolve into a larger role for the right candidate. This is an ideal opportunity for an established/experienced salesperson that is tired of the ever changing corporate structure, expectations & politics to find a home where their contributions matter and are recognized.

    A strong background with established accounts in post-acute care sales including hospital liaison, home health sales, DMR sales, rehab facility sales etc, would be an ideal candidate for this role. The individual will be responsible for marketing to Discharge Planners, Physicians, Surgeons, Rehab facilities, Hospitals, Senior communities, Ambulatory surgical centers etc.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

    Min 3 years experience in Post Acute Care sales including hospital liaison, home health sales, DME sales, rehab facility sales or related area

    Proven track record with a book of business

    The individual will be required to meet and/or exceed monthly sales goals/referral quotas

    Develop marketing strategies for increasing current market share

    Provide feedback from referral sources regarding Agency performance

    Create and propose business development opportunities that will benefit our company by increasing visibility in each community

    The individual should be a self-starter and be able to work independently with/without supervision

    Compensation: Very Competitive Base Salary + Uncapped Comp + Insurance + PTO + Incentives
