    Title: Area Sales Manager - Enterprise Cleanroom Technologies

     

    Territory: Based anywhere in Maryland to cover MD/VA/DC/WV

     

    Company: Industry leader and innovator in non-chemical, medical grade sanitation products used in the pharmacy settings.

     

    Description:

    • Develop an in-depth knowledge of core products and utilize this knowledge to successfully sell value based product solutions to new and existing customers in the assigned territory.
    • Create and execute a territory sales plan that meets or exceeds established sales quotas and supports revenue and profit targets.
    • Identify new prospects and opportunities to increase market share.
    • Optimize business development plan by maximizing time in the field and overall efficiency through development of leads.
    • Prepares and delivers compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to end-user customers, distributor partners, and key stakeholders.
    • Meet regularly with distributor representatives in sales territory to understand their evolving business needs and position product solutions to meet surfaced needs.
    • Continuously expand customer understanding and product solutions and capabilities.
    • Build long-term, productive, and mutually beneficial relationships with manufacturer representatives and their existing and new customers.
    • Maintain consistent communication and timely follow-up with internal and external partners and is available and responsive to their customer’s real-time needs.
    • Attend conferences, trade shows, and other professional meetings to promote company product solutions and brand.
    • Submit timely and periodic activity (CRM) and expense reports.
    • Participates and works within ISO 9001 quality standards and guidelines in accordance with corporate quality goals.

     

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
    • 3-5 years stable sales career experience in outside enterprise level sales with medical devices/disposables, pharmaceutical, or other quality control products/services.
    • Experience managing a multi-state territory/region.
    • Must be able to travel 50-75% of the time within territory, you schedule around your availability.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Ability to work independently, while also partnering with team members remotely

     

    Compensation: 90-130k base salary depending on experience, + $30-55K annual bonus based performance to reach 120-185k total income 1st year. Company Car or Allowance, full benefits, expenses, 401k + matching, 4 weeks PTO first year, YOY salary increase.
