    Are you a passionate and results-driven sales leader with a proven track record? We have an exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Manager to join our team at one of Southern California's fastest-growing hotel companies! This role is based out of our Corporate Office and offers you the chance to represent and work across multiple branded properties, collaborate with dynamic teams, and drive revenue while building meaningful relationships with clients and within our organization.

    As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the sales strategies for assigned properties, executing innovative initiatives, and working closely with General Managers and the Corporate/Regional Director of Sales to ensure success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales Strategy & Planning: Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies for assigned properties.

    Team Leadership & Training: Provide guidance to the on-property hotel teams to enhance performance and drive success.

    Revenue Management: Analyze key data and reports (e.g., Star Reports, forecast) to optimize your revenue strategy.

    Sales Calls & Client Relations: Schedule and conduct sales appointments, prospecting calls, and client visits to build relationships and generate new business.

    Data & Reporting: Organize, track, and maintain sales data. Provide weekly updates on sales activities and follow-up actions to the Corporate/Regional Director of Sales.

    Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (e.g., Operations, Accounting) to ensure seamless execution of the client experience.

    Travel & On-Site Support: Travel to properties as needed and serve as a point of contact for hotel accounts in your assigned region.

    Customer Engagement: Coordinate site tours, provide appropriate collateral, and ensure customer needs are met throughout the sales process.

    Additional Requirements:

    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Availability for travel and overnight stays as needed.

    Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
