    We are seeking an experienced Home Care Sales Director around Los Angeles.

    Responsible for managing aspects of organizational marketing. Establishes and maintains positive relationships with customers and referral sources, responding to customer requests and concerns, assists leadership with negotiating service contracts with managed care organizations and other payers.

    This is a full-time, permanent, salaried position with a trusted senior living operator. Our client places employees at the forefront. You can expect a salary around $100,000 depending on experience. This role is hiring immediately.

    Qualifications

    • Experience in Home care
    •  Excellent organizational skills
    • Empathetic communication style with residents, families, and associates
    • Experience in nursing systems and development of educational programs.
    • Current and valid State Driver’s License

    Responsibilities

    • Seek and analyze competitor marketing material and digital content
    • Create and maintain tracking reports of digital and traditional marketing efforts
    • Assist in planning and hosting marketing events
    • Research, plan and execute at least one marketing campaign over the period of a year under the direction of Nathaniel.
    • Represent the organization with all referral sources; physicians and the community on an as-needed basis in conjunction with Community Relations Specialists.
    • Promote positive public awareness of the Agency through continuing education and positive relationships with local contracts.
    • Participate in workshops, seminars and professional meetings as a service to the community.
    • Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences.
    • Prepare statistical filing reports as appropriate.
    • Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.
    • Orient and educate clients and their families with Blue Point Home Care private pay services; creates the plan of care with input from the client and/or their family; provides educational information in conjunction with direct care providers related to treatments, procedures, and continuing care requirements.
    • Monitor’s delivery of care by completing client visits; documenting care; identifying progress toward desired care outcomes; intervening to overcome deviations in the expected plan of care; reviewing the care plan with clients in conjunction with the direct care providers; interacting with involved departments to negotiate and expedite scheduling and delivery of care, procedures, and consults.
    • Conducts supervisory visits to care providers ensuring the highest level of customer service is being provided.
