    Position Overview

    We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Area Sales Manager to drive growth within an assigned geographic region. This is a full-time, field-based position that requires regular travel within the designated territory to engage with clients, conduct product demonstrations, and attend industry events. The ideal candidate is a proven sales performer with a track record of exceeding sales goals and earning top sales honors such as President’s Club or Rookie of the Year.

    The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing and executing sales strategies, building long-term customer relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets.     Key Responsibilities

    • Proactively prospect, identify, and develop new business opportunities within the designated region.
    • Conduct customer presentations, product demonstrations, and close sales transactions with medical spas, dermatology clinics, plastic surgery centers, and other aesthetic professionals.
    • Plan and implement strategies to increase sales and expand market share within the territory.
    • Perform market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, aesthetic professionals, and medical providers.
    • Travel regularly within the assigned region to meet with clients, attend industry conferences, and represent the company at trade shows and networking events.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and ensure customer success.

     

    Qualifications

    • 7+ years of sales experience in the medical device and/or aesthetics industry.
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and winning prestigious sales awards such as President’s Club, Rookie of the Year, or other top sales honors.
    • Strong sales and business development skills, with a competitive and results-driven mindset.
    • Excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills with the ability to drive high-value transactions.
    • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
    • Experience in consultative sales with the ability to conduct product demonstrations and training effectively.
    • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
    • Self-motivated, independent, and able to manage a sales territory efficiently.
    • Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
