    • They are seeking an Area Sales Representative to drive revenue growth, manage key accounts, and develop new business opportunities within the construction sector. This role offers a mix of business development, relationship management, and technical sales.

    Responsibilities:

    • Identify and develop new business opportunities within an assigned geographic territory
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and key decision-makers
    • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to project completion
    • Utilize a consultative sales approach to recommend tailored construction solutions
    • Track sales activity, revenue forecasts, and customer interactions in CRM
    • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities
    • Travel within the territory (up to 50%) to meet with clients and oversee project needs

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in construction materials, equipment rental, or related industries
    • Strong understanding of scaffolding, concrete formwork, and construction project lifecycles
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet sales targets
    • Familiarity with CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting
    • Willingness to travel within the assigned region

    Compensation:

    • Base salary up to 85k/year plus commission
