Responsibilities: • Identify and prospect new B2B clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals • Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and present tailored solutions • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations • Use our proven system to create a self-sustaining referral stream for life • Keep a list of important clients up to date to ensure the ongoing development of relationships • Work with the sales team to further develop sales and communication skills Qualifications: • Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or business-to-business sales is preferred but not required • Ability to work independently and manage your own time • Active insurance license or willingness and ability to obtain upon hire • You love talking and meeting with prospects, presenting to them, closing the deal, and asking for referrals • You are an organized, detail and deadline-oriented self-starter who loves contributing to your team’s goals Compensation: $80,000+ at plan commission
