Position Title: Area Supervisor
Reports To: General Manager
Supervises: Team Leads and front line employees.
Basic Function: Ensure that the cleaning specifications sold to client are being fulfilled and completed on budget (labor and chemical costs included).
Office Pride of West Palm Beach - Jupiter is seeking to hire an Area Manager for our commercial cleaning company. An Area Manager is expected to lead our commercial cleaning team, complete weekly inspections at job sites, maintain quality control standards, and maintain positive client relationships.
Major Responsibilities
Manages team leaders
Assesses and maintains standards of cleaning
Manages Labor budget in assigned area.
Manages digital time cards
Schedules employees for new and existing contracted work
Assists GM with budgeting.
Generate weekly reports concerning assigned area.
Attend weekly staff meetings regarding management of assigned areas.
Manages all aspects of contracted cleaning for assigned areas
Must be able to work early mornings and some weekends. This position will require you to be on call.
Clean assigned number of hours on a regular basis (if necessary)
Qualifications
Structured and highly organized.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to accurately review and process data. Ability to establish priorities, work independently and accomplishing objectives.
Strong attention to detail, goal oriented, deadline focused.
Able to lift 35 lbs., and is able to be on your feet for an entire shift
Must have valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
Must be able to pass a background check.
