About the Role:

We're thrilled to kick-off the search for a card-obsessed Grading Associate who is just as passionate about bringing transparency and consistent grading to the hobby. You will have the opportunity to work within and continuously improve upon our state of the art AI grading system.

This is an exciting opportunity for lifelong collectors in person in our West LA HQ.

Who You Are:

• You are a passionate collector with a deep understanding of the card collecting hobby
• You have an understanding of card grading systems and relevant characteristics
• You want to make the hobby more transparent and accessible
• You have an eye for spotting defects on cards

What You'll Be Doing:

• Overseeing our AI Grading system and providing constant feedback
• Providing our engineering team with guidance and expertise as you review thousands of cards
• Collaborating with operations and product team on product improvements
