    Job Summary Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute Coaches bring our renowned curriculum to life. They coach weekly classes for kids ages 18 months to 12 years old and become super heroes in the eyes of their players. Coaches are well trained to bring high energy and creativity to the games and activities they lead each week. Through our lesson plans, they teach great fundamental soccer skills and help kids master important developmental milestones—all while being a bit goofy in the process.

    Company Overview Arena Sports is a family-run business dedicated to family fun. We love to play, celebrate and learn—and it shows! We offer great, year-round soccer leagues and classes as well as camps, birthday parties, our Inflatable FunZone, Family Entertainment Centers and food at our restaurant, Moe’s Kitchen. There is much to do for everyone!

    Responsibilities

    Come to work each shift with a positive attitude, ready to have fun

    Be available to work weekend mornings

    Create a bond with kids in your classes throughout the session

    Follow weekly lesson plans

    Adhere to safety guidelines outlined for Lil’ Kickers and Skills Institute programming

    Set up, clean up, and maintain the field

    Complete recommendation cards and customer care calls each session

    Achieve a high rate of customer retention from season to season

    Assist with marketing efforts and community events

    Lil' Kickers/Skills Institute Coaches are team players who are reliable, creative, passionate, and willing to go the extra mile for the children in their classes.

    No prior coaching experience necessary (training provided).
