    What you'll be doing:

    ● All things reception- greeting patients, answering phones, checking patients in and out, insurance verifications, etc.

    ● Presenting investment options to patients

    ● Removing barriers to patient care - finding ways to say 'YES!'

    As a growing team player you will:

    ● Maintain a positive and collaborative team culture

    ● Work collaboratively with the Practice Manager to ensure efficient scheduling, follow ups and great communication with our patients

    ● Be accountable for your role to ensure deadlines are met, goals are met or exceed daily, weekly and monthly

    ● Participate in weekly meetings and share suggestions and ideas for improvement

    ● Find solutions to challenges and take ownership of mistakes

    ● Be someone dependable and reliable (show up on time, stay when the patients need you, have reliable transportation)

    ● Be a culture champion and show support of the company both verbally and in your actions

    ● Present treatment to patients and break down financial arrangements to get patients started in their treatment

    ● Provide patients with a red carpet experience worthy of a 5 star google review -(answer phones with a smile, be positive, empathetic and convey that to patients)

    This is a full time position which will include Monday to Friday and some Saturday availability. We know you work hard and believe your experience should align with our expectations.     ● Competitive Salary (based on experience)
