    Argon Agency is a leading firm in the marketing industry dedicated to excellence and innovation. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executives in both business and personal tasks. This role is critical in ensuring the executive's schedule is managed efficiently, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    Be the face and voice of our agency, handling high-level client communications with charm and professionalism

    Anticipate needs before they arise, making you an indispensable part of our executives' lives

    Manage complex schedules, coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and events that keep our executives one step ahead

    Seamlessly blend professional and personal support, managing everything from dry cleaning runs to birthday gift selections

    Proactively identify potential issues and needs before they arise, and plan accordingly to prevent last-minute problems

    Create a structured schedule, set priorities, and allocate sufficient time to each task to ensure high-quality work is completed on time

    Review deliverable work thoroughly to minimize errors and improve accuracy

    Prepare and polish presentations that wow our clients and keep them coming back for more

    Keep relevant team members updated on the status of tasks and any issues that may arise.

    Qualifications

    Must be able to pass a level II background check

    Must be able to travel (10-20% of time)

    Must have a passport

    Must have an interest in physical fitness

    Exceptional organizational abilities (you can probably organize a tornado if given the chance)

    Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

    Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and CRM systems

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion

    Problem-solving skills that would make Sherlock Holmes jealous

    Timeliness, ability to prioritize, and sense of urgency when required

    Marketing, Digital Design or Behavioral Health experience is a plus
