Job Description

Arhaus is searching for a Digital Marketing Specialist to maintain our traffic driving efforts in the online space. Reporting to the Digital Marketing Director, this role will develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Ideal candidates will have a strong grasp of customer behavior, a knowledge of marketing principles, and strong experience in the Digital space. The Digital Marketing Specialist will work with the Digital Marketing team in traffic-driving efforts for Arhaus.com including Brand Awareness, Prospecting, Remarketing, and Re-engagement campaigns. THIS POSITION IS LOCATED ON-SITE AT OUR CORPORATE OFFICES IN BOSTON HEIGHTS, OHIO.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute all responsibilities related to deploying Digital Marketing campaigns in Social Advertising, Display, Publisher Partnerships, and more
• Partner with an Affiliate Marketing agency with ongoing and new opportunities within the channel
• Execute digital marketing strategy in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager
• Organize creative assets, in collaboration with the design and content teams, for ad deployment
• Identify, analyze, and create audiences within Digital Marketing platforms to optimize performance
• Analyze campaign performance of all digital marketing channels to ensure each is meeting its KPI and ROI objectives
• Create ad performance reporting related to various creative treatments utilized in campaigns
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on digital campaign performance
• Monitor customer behavior within assigned Digital Marketing channels as well as on Arhaus.com
• Maintain campaign budgets in line with monthly goals
• Collaborate with the internal design team on developing assets needed for advertising
• Review landing pages for optimal customer experiences
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting the Marketing and Retail industries

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, or related field
• 1-2 years of experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or related areas
• Experience in Social Advertising, Display Advertising, Affiliate, and/or other disciplines
• Knowledge of Google, Facebook/Instagram, Pinterest, and other applicable Digital Ad Platforms
• Expertise in Google Analytics
• Solid understanding of E-Commerce, B2C experience preferred
• Demonstrated ability to execute marketing campaigns and programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
