Job Description
The Care Advocate is Aria Care Partner’s ambassador to current and future policy members. The Care Advocate acts as the main point of contact for customer enrollment in Aria contracted homes by offering access to care for residents in long term care facilities. The primary measure of success is the number of sales in a month.
This is a base salary role paying up to $46,000.00 plus unlimited commission (team average of $3,500.00 Monthly)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
1. Work through specific KPI’s to sell and enroll policy holders through customer calls and outreach campaigns
2. Warm outreaches to customers to promote our products and services within existing homes.
3. Partners with Clinical Coordinators to address service issues from calls/customers.
4. Updates current database where needed to ensure resident and facility account information is up to date.
5. Maintains and enhances product and technical knowledge in the industry.
6. Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities.
Education & Training Requirements
· Must possess or be able to obtain a state-issued insurance license.
· Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred; or equivalent work experience
· 1-3 years experience working in sales. Experience in the healthcare industry, call center, or insurance sales is a plus.

· Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel – Able to use basic functionality in Excel and Word
· Adaptability — Adapt to changes in the work environment, manage competing demands and deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events
· Dependability — Consistently at work and on time, follow instructions, respond to management direction and solicit feedback to improve performance
· Able to work in team environment
Physical Effort & Working Conditions
Work is performed in a normal office setting with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards Substantial time is spent working on a computer.
