Job Description
Hours: Varying; half days are usually six-hour shifts and full days are ten hours (plus an hour lunch break).
Days: Varies; typically Tuesday-Friday, but weekends may possibly be involved in the future.
Duties: Be one of the "faces of Arie's Dogland"! Engage with clients, check dogs in and out on the computer, and help team members with taking dogs to and from playgroup "yards." Also assist with grooming and puppy class scheduling, etc. Cleaning will be required also.
Requirements: MUST have previous customer service experience; managerial experience preferred. Dog experience preferred; if not, starting fresh and being willing to learn is ok! Must be a great team player, have good "people skills," and be self-motivated and able to stay on-task without help (at some point). Must also be able to comfortably lift forty pounds, and be reliable and responsible.
