Seeking a full time, HUMAN RESOURCES COORDINATOR to work on-site in our beautiful Tempe, Arizona office. Do you enjoy variety and working as part of a team? Are you organized and detail oriented? Then Arizona Tile has just the opportunity for you.
The right person will provide administrative support and solutions as part of a HR team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Management of databases: Overall management of the Company’s various Human Resources/Training/Safety Databases, including digitized files. Entering new employees into the designated databases; ensures accuracy of the data, runs reports regarding status and progress; etc.
- Responsible for gathering information related to pre-employment screening (e.g., temporary employee count, drug screens, background checks, MVR, employment verifications, etc.)
- Provide administrative support for COVID-19 paperwork: testing, work status, etc.
- Assist with coordinate the Leave Notices to employees, as required by State and Federal law.
- Coordinate the Employee benefit enrollment process. Including sending out monthly enrollment packets and confirmation packets. Assist with annual Open Enrollment.
- Assemble New Hire Enrollment packets and other mailings, as needed.
- Prepare various reports, as needed.
- Manage the mailing of documents and packages for the departments and their receipt.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a Human Resources Department, as an
- Proficient to advanced computer skills working within Windows environment, including word, excel.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
