We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Customer Support Associate **** to join our team! As the face and voice of our brand to our valued customers, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our new and old clients. You will be apart of the customer service team who focuses on our wholesale clients for our sister company, Hotel Collection. As a Customer Support Associate you will be assisting clients old/new with order discrepancies, navigating through wholesale portal, purchasing and contacting in-house clients to remind them of missed payments.
Responsibilities:
Requirements:
2-3 years in a customer support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn continuously. (We expect the successful candidate to gain comprehensive knowledge about our products and services.)
Must have strong computer skills.
