    We are excited to announce an opportunity for a Customer Support Associate **** to join our team! As the face and voice of our brand to our valued customers, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our new and old clients. You will be apart of the customer service team who focuses on our wholesale clients for our sister company, Hotel Collection. As a Customer Support Associate you will be assisting clients old/new with order discrepancies, navigating through wholesale portal, purchasing and contacting in-house clients to remind them of missed payments.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assisting new and old customers by providing exceptional customer support that exceeds their expectations.
    • Listening attentively to customer needs and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Setting up oil subscriptions and managing their monthly scents ensuring all paperwork is completed correctly and submitted on time.
    • Representing our brand with pride and enthusiasm, making sure every customer feels valued and appreciated long after their initial purchase.
    • Scheduling technical appointments for clients to speak to the tech team regarding products.
    • Following up with current clients as general check in, encouraging them to spend open gift cards.

    Requirements:

    • 2-3 years in a customer support role

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Ability to learn continuously. (We expect the successful candidate to gain comprehensive knowledge about our products and services.)

    • Must have strong computer skills.

    • High moral character and excellent sense of work ethics ****

    Compensation:

    • $45,000-$50,000 Based on experience
    • M-F 9am-6pm in Wynwood, Miami
