CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT

OVERVIEW: This is your opportunity to join Arqai, a privately-owned collection of (4) Smart Home companies in Florida. We are currently hiring Customer Support Agent in our Fort Myers office, for our Uxari brand, specializing in intelligent products and cloud-based services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position is a hybrid position that focuses on all aspects of Customer Service and Accounts Receivable. It requires the dexterity to multi-task -- managing high volume inbound and outbound communications, both verbal and written, while meeting daily accounting deadlines.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT AGENT FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Providing timely, accurate, and responsive information to customers and cross departmentally
• Resolving issues effectively and efficiently
• Conducting trouble shooting, and creating accounts in our CRM, as well as other vendor portals

BILLING SPECIALIST DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

• Reviewing, approving, and submitting invoices
• Tracking past due balances
• Auditing and reconciling customer accounts
• Collections – contacting customers to collect past due recurring monthly payments
• Retention – presenting optimal solutions to customers to prevent cancellation of services
• Daily collaborations with Management to maintain financial compliance

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Accounts Receivable experience, including Collections
• Customer Retention finesse
• Accurate reporting skills
• High degree of PC proficiency & experience with Salesforce.com
• Result driven productivity
• Dependability
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently & within a team structure in a fast-paced environment

COMPENSATION: $22 - $25 per hour (Commensurate Upon Experience)
