Job Description
We are seeking an individual to represent Estrellita, Inc in the Denver area as an Educational Sales Consultant. For over 35 years, Estrellita has provided Beginning Spanish reading curriculum and training for bilingual and dual language school districts throughout the country.
The primary role of the Estrellita Educational Sales Consultant is marketing and sales of our curriculum for the Northwest territory through contacts within the school districts. You will be responsible for interacting with administrators and providing them with information on the Estrellita curriculum.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who has a passion for improving the educational experience for ELL students. Fluent Spanish speaker is required. The position is based out of our DTC office with some overnight travel required.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Sales and marketing of the Estrellita curriculum.
Ability to analyze, create, and implement sales strategy for given territory.
Engage in sales call activities to prospective customers to explore and present product solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales goals in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
Drive new business to foster growth within the territory.
Represent Estrellita as a vendor at educational conferences in the area.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Native level Spanish fluency required.
Proven history of previous sales success in a high-volume sales environment.,
Competency in using a CRM to manage a book of business.
Competency in both soft sales skills and hard sales skills.
Demonstrable record of consistent quantifiable goal achievements.
Strong presentation skills.
EDUCATION:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required
