Job Description
The Pinthouse Artisanal Bakery Team prepares high-quality breads, pretzels, and desserts daily for our amazing guests. We make a variety of breads. Our dough is shaped by hand, always using high-quality ingredients, including house-brewed beer! We want to build our team with individuals who bring positive attitudes, creative problem solving, and a team-centric, hospitality-forward mentality.
Responsibilities
· Have a passion for Sourdough, Pizza Dough, Other Breads and desserts
· Flexibility to work around customer demand
· Follow recipe cards exactly and maintain high-level dough production (shaping, proofing, baking, cooling, cutting)
· Proficient in ability to use, clean and store professional kitchen equipment
· Predictable AM schedule with weekend availability required
Qualifications
· Food Handler’s Certification
· Experience as a Baker, Pastry Cook or similar role
· Certification or Degree from Culinary School (Preferred)
· Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment
· Love a high-volume environment
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
