    Job Overview

    We are seeking a motivated Arts and Sports Administrator to support the operational and administrative aspects of our Kinderdance and Sportball programs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for youth arts and sports, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with staff, parents, and external partners. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to programs that enrich children's lives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for Kinderdance and Sportball, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and parent communications.

    • Support the coordination of classes, events, and free trial sessions in collaboration with instructors and program directors.

    • Oversee registration processes and maintain accurate records of participants.

    • Assist in hiring and onboarding new instructors, ensuring compliance with all required documentation and background checks.

    • Coordinate facility rentals, permits, and class supplies to ensure smooth program operation.

    • Develop promotional materials and support marketing initiatives (social media, newsletters, flyers) to attract participants.

    • Serve as a liaison between parents, instructors, and program directors to address inquiries and resolve issues.

    • Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and financial reporting.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in program administration, particularly in arts, sports, or educational settings.

    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Familiarity with NYC DOE permits and working with schools or community centers is a plus.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with scheduling software.

    • Passion for working with children and supporting creative, physical activities.
