Job Description
As an Amazon Account Specialist, you will be working directly with our Account Managers to execute and deliver results for brands selling on the Amazon platform. Our team manages the daily operation for 7/8-figure sellers on Amazon.com This role is designed for growth opportunities into a General or SR. Account Manager role. Daily tasks and operations will be within the Amazon Seller Central platform Applicants without the required Amazon experience will not be reviewed. Responsibilities: * Work with brands selling on Amazon seller central and vendor central * Handle Amazon e-commerce plans in order to surpass the growth goals of the company and help increase profitability. Support our account managers on backend operations * Manage KPI tracking * Analyze key metrics to make data driven decisions * Run the everyday Seller Central tasks like forecasting, tracking orders, and managing inventory * Work closely with external agencies, as well as internal marketing teams to come up with tactics in order to maximize ROAS * Collaborate with marketing team to produce content like a product page, videos, brand stores, and refreshes * Work with Supply Chain in order to align forecasts with channel and financial plans * Upload images, content, setting promotions up, and creating ASINs * Be in charge of maintaining the catalog on Amazon * Manage and recognize new test ideas in order to increase revenue * Keep up to date with category trends to enforce growth strategies * Make and sustain a sales and marketing grid Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree * MUST HAVE 2-3 years Seller/Vendor Central , or Amazon agency experience * Previous agency experience is strongly preferred * Clear communicator in both oral and written forms * Has an interest to work in the e-commerce industry You will be a great fit if you are: * Comfortable with data and numbers * Pays great attention to detail * Have great organizational and management skills * Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable with working in a remote team setting while still being able to be self-driven to get tasks done efficiently * Okay with working in a completely remote position (including training) * Works well with a team and on collaborations * Comfortable and confident in working as a team as well as completing tasks on your own. * Eager to learn and not afraid to make mistakes and grow from them Here at Arvanza we take pride in our unique methodology allowing us to succeed in client growth as well as personal growth of all team members.
