Job Description
Our caregivers have been the heart of our business since XXXX. We are looking for caregiver employees that will take pride in providing quality care for our clients, as well as finding enrichment in developing in-depth relationships.
Homewatch Caregivers is seeking a dedicated and experienced caregiver to assist a client with a developmental delay in Folsom, CA. This as needed position requires a compassionate yet firm caregiver who can provide comprehensive assistance with all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
Bathing and dressing
Transfers and mobility assistance
Feeding and nutrition management
Incontinence care
The ideal candidate must have at least 1 year of experience working with individuals with disabilities. The client is non-verbal and requires a caregiver who is patient, reliable, and able to handle the physical demands of the role.
This is a demanding role that requires a caregiver who is committed to providing the highest quality care and can support the client in maintaining their dignity and independence.
Schedule (part time) - Tuesday & Wednesday to start Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday from 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM are the shifts we service this client. Monday will have a shorter shift from 2:00 PM - 8:00 PM. We would like a professional and reliable part time and as needed caregiver to fill in gaps in scheduling.

Requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience working with individuals with disabilities
Compassionate, firm, and reliable
Experience with non-verbal clients is a plus
Must be able to provide verification of any certifications held
Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, as well as TB and drug screening tests
Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team
Must possess a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
