POSITION DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking to hire one additional Executive Recruiter to join our family. We are busier than ever and hope to hire immediately.
***The title of this position is "Executive Recruiter," however, this role is the same as sales. If you are a Type A personality that thrives in a competitive, fast-paced, sales environment, this position was made for you!
This is a high-talk vs high-tech Head Hunting position. This person will NOT be using internet sourcing such as LinkedIn, Monster, Indeed, etc. to find qualified candidates. Rather, this person will be on the phone giving a verbal handshake to prospective candidates while sharing all the necessary details of the position to either bring them to the interview room or network with them in hopes of being connected to qualified candidates. This more traditional method has stood the test of time again and again. 100% of our clients are repeat business because of this method. It ensures we will identify the most qualified, motivated candidates faster than our competition.

RESPONSIBILITIES/EXPECTATIONS
· Responsible for attracting, identifying, and screening candidates while effectively determining their fit for a given position by cold-calling, not social media.
· Perform with a sense of urgency to fill given positions within 5-7 business days
· Cold-calling prospective candidates and new clients approximately 4 hours/day
· Effectively communicate and connect with candidates and clients in a professional, timely manner
· Attract and gain new clients through marketing your best candidates and/or marketing our recruiting services (business development)
· Memorize, understand, recall, and apply industry knowledge relating to electrical and industrial distribution during calls (we will teach you how to do this)
· Coordinate interviews, debriefs, and preparations for clients and candidates
THIS ROLE OFFERS
· Base Salary: $50,000 plus uncapped commission. Expected first-year commission based on GP: $20,000-$30,000
· Bonus program with the potential to earn up to an additional $16,000/year.
· Option to go on 100% commission after 90 days of employment

· Monthly and quarterly team events such as hiking, paid lunches, holiday parties, etc.
· 7-hour workdays and half days on Fridays
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· Ability to eagerly be on the phones the majority of the workday which equates to approximately 4 hours/day
· Must be comfortable and successful at cold calling. This role is a verbal/phone job position
· Thirst for improving people’s professional life with a great opportunity and next step in their career
· Sales aptitude of skills including emotional intelligence, active listening skills, etc.
· At least two years of sales, business development, verbal recruiting, and/or customer service experience
· Ability to think on your feet conversationally while recalling essential information
· Must be self-motivated and sales-driven
· Positive mental attitude and outlook about sales and life
· Resilient character strong enough to withstand the highs and lows of a commission-based role
· Confident and friendly written and verbal communicator
· Excellent customer service skills
PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
· Successful experience working in a high-volume, cold calling environment
· Bachelor’s Degree or higher
LOCATION
727 E Bethany Home Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85014. New hires will come into the office during their first 6 months of employment. After that, they may have the option to work from home 50% of the time depending on their performance.
