Serious EXECUTIVE CHEF experience with HIGH-VOLUME, upscale, scratch kitchen operations
Particular expertise in PAN-ASIAN cuisine (NOT only sushi)
3)Culinary creativity, able to create & develop seasonal menus, nightly specials, special Chef’s Dinners, private parties, etc.
Great BOH MANAGEMENT skills. A strong leader who commands a fast-paced busy kitchen with cool composure. Ensure quality, consistency, timeliness, adherence to standards, cleanliness, and overall excellence. Supervise and mentor BOH team, control costs, inventories, schedules, etc.
Hands-on and hard-working. Strong personal work ethic & commitment to excellence. A Team Leader who motivates by example and works well with others.
Dynamic personality, with great people skills. Comfortable with customer interaction, special Chef’s Dinners, VIP Dinners, Media events, etc.
Working knowledge of Sushi – Oversee and work with Sushi Cooks
Solid, stable track record with strong professional references. Willing & able to pass background check, drug screening, proof of citizenship, and/or other screening procedures if asked. Committed to long-term career growth. Able to start ASAP!
