    The Executive Administrative Assistant will perform, coordinate, and oversee administrative duties while providing an extensive level of executive support primarily to the CEO as well as other members of the C-Suite.

    • Maintains the Executive's schedule and anticipates the needs while managing the day-to-day workflow and prioritizing various projects, which includes scheduling, contact management, preparing materials for meetings and participating in a wide range of special projects.
    • Balances competing priorities in order to manage workflow, ensure the completion of essential projects and meet crucial deadlines.
    • Ensures Executive(s) are prepared for upcoming appointments by gathering materials necessary for each meeting. Responsible for registering executive for industry conferences.
    • Collects and assembles information for presentations, projects and strategic planning, while serving as the first point-of-contact for a wide variety of high-level relationships between COO, CFO, CPO, CRO, GC and external clients and partners; Facilitates, build and monitors relationships including tracking contacts in database and managing follow-up.
    • Draft and edit correspondence, articles, reports and presentations; transcribe meeting notes; Coordinate and manage special projects, including working collaboratively with staff to assure projects meet deadlines.
    • Takes on tasks to support the work of Graebel programs and operations and overall mission of the company while utilizing analytical skills and demonstrating broad understanding of the business to effectively interpret and anticipate needs.
    • Exhibit sound judgment and the ability to make reasonable decisions in the absence of direction/supervision; Works closely with Corporate Receptionist, Administrative Assistants on corporate conferences, and special events.
    • Performs other related essential duties as assigned or requested.

    Required Experience

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Four year college degree, or equivalent experience resulting in broad knowledge of a field related to the job, such as accounting, marketing, business administration, etc, plus 5 years related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    • Skilled in all aspects of planning and project management;
    • Demonstrated proficiency in quickly adapting to new technology
    • Minimum 5 years of experience providing Executive/Administrative support
