Experienced Female/Male Pest Technician: Aspire-PS has an opening for an Experienced Professional Technician to support our Commercial, Residential, and Specialty Services. The hired employee will receive a $1,000 bonus after completion of the first year of employment! Responsibilities: Schedule appointments with customers by working with our in-office employees Evaluate each residence for red flags of potential infestations, such as bed bugs, termites, rodents, vermin, or other pests Provide guidance for the best extermination processes for the identified infestation source and whether the process will include pesticide use, mechanical traps, blockages, and/or other pest control methods Comply with all safety guidelines by wearing protective equipment and following the instructions for each pest control product Combine the correct amount of chemicals to spray over the area based on the area’s measurements Respond to customer inquiries regarding pest management Fill out paperwork after every job to ensure we have a record of our services Qualifications: Pest control licensure from the Department of Agriculture Can work outside in the elements, rain or shine Graduated from high school or received G.E.D. Unafraid of working in close proximity to vermin, rodents, insects, and other pests Clear background check Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Has clean driving record and U.S. driver’s license Physically fit enough to lift 50 lbs and climb into confined spaces regularly - 3-5 years of state licensed experience - A track record of tackling and resolving challenging problems – do you think outside the box? - Comfortable in working with ladders, heights, tight spaces, crawl spaces and attics - Possess an independent strong work ethic - A team leader and works well with others - Good written communication - Drug Free * Compensation: $25 - $32 hourly
