About the role:
Sunrise Landscape is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Aspire Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between Branch Operations and internal systems, ensuring optimal use of the Aspire Project Management Software. You'll be responsible for maintaining accurate contract data, supporting system implementations, and assisting with both operational and accounting functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and train Branch Operations in the effective use of the Aspire Project Management Software.
Manage and complete the monthly recurring maintenance contract renewal process.
Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of new, existing, and canceled client accounts in Aspire, including all necessary documentation uploads.
Provide support with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, ensuring financial accuracy and timely processing.
Collaborate with the Accounting team to assist in End-of-Month Close procedures.
Work directly with the Aspire System Manager to support system-related projects and new software implementations.
Identify system gaps and recommend improvements or optimizations.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience working with Aspire or similar project management software preferred
Accounts Payable/Receivable experience required
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users
Experience supporting software rollouts or new system implementations is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
