Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions and blueprints accurately
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting components
- Familiarity with quality control procedures
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing preferred
- Willingness and ability to work night shifts
