Flowly Solutions is hiring for multiple assemblers for our production team.

Prior experience in manufacturing or assembly is preferred but it is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate for this position. You must be able to work in a fast paced environment. You will be required to multitask and complete several projects at once. You will be responsible for completing everything from machine operation to hand assembly.

This is a Monday through Friday schedule, we do not require weekend work. You must be available to work overtime if the workload requires is.

We are a relocation business specializing in moving, assembling and repair. We offer a variety of other services as well.

Responsibilities:

• Learning to complete a wide variety of production tasks and growing within the position
• Operating multiple manufacturing machines simultaneously
• Using hand and power tools to assemble varied products
• Working under a microscope for prolonged periods of time
• Quality checking your work to ensure there were no errors or defects in production
• Completing projects quickly and effectively to meet production deadlines
• Reading blueprints to accurately assembly customer products
• Boxing items and preparing them for shipment
• Assisting in other departments if it is required

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a production environment is preferred but it is not required
• The ability to lift 50 pounds and move the entire work day
• A strong understanding of hand and power tools
• Computer literacy and the ability to type effectively
• Remaining detail oriented with your work at all times
• Reliable transportation to work
• No formal education is required
