Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our team at our Tennessee location. This role involves assembling furniture components into finished products, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality, durability, and functionality. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Furniture Assembly:

• Assemble furniture components using tools, machinery, and hardware according to design specifications and quality standards.
• Inspect parts for accuracy and quality before and after assembly to ensure finished products meet company standards.

Tools and Equipment:

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance of tools and equipment to ensure consistent performance.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with other team members, including production supervisors and other departments, to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Communicate any issues or discrepancies in materials or processes to supervisors.

Safety and Organization:

• Adhere to all workplace safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in assembly or manufacturing, preferably in furniture production.
• Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, and diagrams.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.

• Familiarity with different furniture components and materials.
• Basic mechanical skills and the ability to troubleshoot assembly issues.
• Experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and maneuver furniture components and materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and working with hands.
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
