Your Role as a Deck Assembler: • Build decks with precision and efficiency. • Measure, cut and shape materials in accordance with blueprints. • Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy. • Adhere to all safety protocols and standards, and you’ll help us develop safer ways of working. • Work closely with our team to meet production deadlines, and you’ll inspire your colleagues to innovate and excel.

Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent. • Previous experience in carpentry, assembly or similar role. • Proficiency in reading blueprints and plans. • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills. • A passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
