Their innovative and efficient production methods enable manufacturers worldwide to deliver high-quality, durable roofing materials that customers expect. They provide manufacturing systems for both shingles and commercial roll products, along with a full range of equipment and services designed to make roofing plants more productive and profitable.
    • The Assembly Manager will embody an energetic and action-oriented leadership style, demonstrating a commitment to overseeing and enhancing the production of high-quality roofing equipment within established timelines and budgetary constraints, all while prioritizing customer satisfaction. The Assembly Manager will proactively take charge to ensure that design specifications and quality standards are consistently met.

    Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and coordinate daily assembly/building operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
    • Monitor schedules, making adjustments as necessary to meet timelines.
    • Manage budgets, ensuring cost-effective production without compromising on quality.
    • Lead and inspire a team of assembly professionals, fostering a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance overall operational effectiveness.
    • Foster effective communication channels within the team and with other departments.

    Qualifications:

    • 5+ years of experience in leading and managing a team in fabrication and assembly of OEM/Capital equipment.
    • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment while upholding company values such as Teamwork, Collaboration, and Leadership.
    • Proficient in reading and utilizing machines, electrical schematics, and assembly drawings/models to build equipment
    • Familiarity with motors, gears & gear boxes, conveyors and other material handling components and equipment.
    • The ability to work closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Experience with forklift and crane operations is a must

    Compensation:

    • Base salary in the 35.00 - 40.00/hour range, with UNCAPPED overtime
