    Position Overview

    We are looking for a Manufacturing Systems Technician to join our team and play a critical role in assembling, testing, and maintaining our cutting-edge IcePoint systems. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, technical expertise, and a collaborative mindset. The ideal candidate will bring a focused and methodical approach, thrive in a structured environment, and value clarity in expectations.

    Based at our Commerce City, CO facility, this position offers the opportunity to grow within the company, with a progression path to a Senior Mechanical Technician role for high-performing team members. The role also emphasizes a professional work environment where maintaining the integrity of quality, policies, and procedures is paramount. Independence in handling tasks, along with situational flexibility to be task- or people-oriented as needed, will be critical for success.

    Responsibilities

    • Assembly and Fabrication: Assemble components and systems based on engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring all parts meet Rebound's quality standards.
    • Testing and Quality Control: Perform system testing to verify performance and functionality, conducting inspections to identify and resolve any issues.
    • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and address mechanical, electrical, or thermal issues during production or system operation, while performing maintenance on production equipment.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of assembly processes, testing procedures, and any identified issues or modifications.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with engineers, designers, and other technicians to provide feedback and continuously optimize production workflows.
    • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing fields are a plus.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in manufacturing, assembly, or a related field.
    • Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, with hands-on experience in assembly and testing. HVACR experience is a plus.
    • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and data sheets.
    • Proficiency with manufacturing tools and equipment, including hand tools, power tools, and testing instruments. Forklift or other equipment certifications are a plus.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

    Physical Requirements

    • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
    • Standing, bending, and working in various physical positions for extended periods.
    • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise and temperature variations.
    • Comfortable working at heights as required by specific assembly or maintenance tasks.
