  • Responsibilities

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Asset Management Administrator to join our team. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the company's asset database, overseeing end-of-lease procedures, and assisting with sustainability reporting. The ideal candidate will be organized, have strong communication skills, and possess a solid understanding of asset management processes and sustainability practices.

    Essential Duties:

    • Asset Database Maintenance:

      • Ensure the accurate and up-to-date recording of all assets within the asset management database.

      • Ensure the database reflects real-time changes in asset condition and status

      • Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth allocation, reassignment, and return of Assets.

    • End of Lease Management:

      • Assist with the end-of-lease management process for assets, including coordinating asset returns, buyouts, renewals, and disposals.

      • Oversee the processing and documentation of leased equipment at the end of the lease term.

      • Generate invoices and assist in tracking remittances for lease payments, buyouts, or asset returns as required.

    • Sustainability Reporting:

      • Support the company's sustainability goals by tracking asset-related environmental impact data.

      • Assist in generating sustainability reports related to asset management (e.g., recycling, energy, efficiency, and carbon footprint of assets).

      • Contribute to sustainability initiatives by ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and corporate social responsibility (CSR) policies.

    • Reporting & Documentation:

      • Prepare and present regular reports on asset status, lease expirations, and sustainability metrics.

      • Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation related to asset management, lease agreements, and sustainability compliance.

      • Generate and send Diversity Spend Reports for select customers at regular cadences.

    • Collaboration and Support:

      • Work closely with internal teams, including procurement, finance, and operations, to ensure smooth asset management processes.

      • Assist with training staff on asset management procedures and best practices.

      • Provide administrative support for ad-hoc asset management projects as needed.

     

    Education & Experience:

    • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in asset management, lease administration, or sustainability reporting.

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Asset Management, or a related field, or combined experience with education.

    • Knowledge of sustainability practices, including carbon footprint reduction, recycling, and environmental compliance.

    • Familiarity with asset management systems or databases.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    • Strong attention to detail and organization skills.

  • Compensation
    $70,000-$90,000 per year
