    Seattle, WA

    Our client, a reputable real estate developer, is seeking an Asset Manager to join their dynamic team. The Asset Manager will oversee multi-family real estate assets, implementing strategies to maximize performance, efficiency, and profitability. This role involves optimizing processes, increasing occupancy, and enhancing cash flow while achieving short- and long-term investment goals.

    The Asset Manager will collaborate closely with acquisitions, property management, construction, risk, tax consultants, and accounting to drive portfolio growth and ensure seamless operations.

    Asset Manager Responsibilities:

    • Oversee third-party property management within the portfolio.
    • Guide Regional and Portfolio Managers on business plans, budgets, and forecasting.
    • Maximize asset performance through financial and operational analysis.
    • Develop and execute ownership goals and community business plans.
    • Manage cash flow, investment projections, and capital improvements.
    • Assist with pre- and post-acquisition processes, including due diligence and integration.
    • Utilize analytics platforms to respond to financial and operational inquiries.
    • Conduct market research and competitive surveys to inform strategy.
    • Ensure compliance with lender reporting, inspections, and covenants.
    • Monitor rent structures and preventative maintenance programs.
    • Provide regular performance updates to the Director.
    • Attend industry events to stay informed on market trends and regulations.

    Asset Manager Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or Real Estate.
    • At least 4 years in multi-family property or asset management, including 1+ years in a supervisory role.
    • Strong financial analysis, investment, and leadership skills.
    • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adept at managing multiple projects.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred.
    • ARM/CPM designation and WA Real Estate License preferred.

    Compensation: $130K - $140K with a 10% bonus
