    This is an exciting opportunity to join a national real estate investment and development firm that acquires, builds, and manages high-performing multifamily communities. With a portfolio spanning stabilized and active assets across key U.S. markets, the team takes a hands-on approach to value creation and operational excellence.

    They are seeking an Asset Manager to oversee a portfolio of operating assets, drive investment strategy, and maximize financial performance. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of real estate operations and investment fundamentals and will collaborate cross-functionally with internal and external partners.

    Asset Manager Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the Owner’s Representative across a portfolio of multifamily assets.
    • Lead execution of business plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning.
    • Analyze property performance against underwriting and adjust strategy to optimize value.
    • Oversee financial reporting, valuations, loan compliance, and partner communications.
    • Manage dispositions, coordinating across internal teams and JV partners.
    • Maintain strong market knowledge and broker relationships to guide asset strategy.

    Asset Manager Qualifications:

    • At least 5 years of experience in real estate asset management or investments, ideally multifamily.
    • Bachelor’s degree required; finance, real estate, or related field preferred.
    • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and communication skills.
    • Proficient in Excel and property management/asset reporting platforms.
    • Ability to travel quarterly for site visits and stakeholder meetings.

    Compensation: $145K - $160K+ (DOE) with a 25% bonus
