    Bellevue, WA

    Join a leading commercial real estate acquisitions and development company in the Pacific Northwest. Our client, known for their strong industry reputation and diverse portfolio, is seeking an Asset Manager to optimize property performance. You will be fully responsible for operations, tenant experience, and financial performance of your portfolio. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in commercial real estate, strong financial skills, and expertise in market analysis and investment underwriting. You will work closely with the Director of Asset Management.

    Asset Manager Responsibilities:

    • Maintain the workback calendar for Investor reporting, ensuring timely Finance and Investor Relations reviews and distributions.
    • Partner with the Director of Asset Management to develop and implement annual strategic plans for properties.
    • Assist in developing annual operating budgets, focusing on capital and leasing plans, and provide lease-up assumptions.
    • Support the leasing process by evaluating tenant prospects, collaborating on lease proposals, and drafting lease documents.
    • Participate in lease negotiations with increasing responsibility over time.
    • Ensure loan compliance, maintain loan summaries, and assist with extensions and refinancings.
    • Support asset dispositions through pricing analysis, marketing materials, due diligence, and closing.
    • Collaborate with the AI consulting team to enhance efficiencies in Investor reporting.

    Asset Manager Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in real estate, accounting, finance, or a related field.
    • At least 5 years in commercial real estate asset management with a track record of increased responsibility.
    • Expertise in office and industrial assets, with advanced Microsoft Excel and Argus Enterprise skills.
    • Solid understanding of commercial real estate leasing, private equity, and investment risk.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; self-motivated and a strategic thinker.

    Compensation: $120K - $150K + 12.5% bonus and profit share
