    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Handle a high volume of outbound calls.
    • Focus on understanding the needs, goals, and aspirations of qualified clients to strengthen & maximize the potential of their financial future.
    • Collaborate with a growing sales team that motivates one another to develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients.
    • Portray empathy & understanding for clients who receive large Annuity policies and how to properly utilize their payments.
    • Educating clients on their policies and the different situations they have or may encounter to then provide solutions that will strengthen their financial position.
    • Following up and providing clients a resource for when they need assistance in any way relating to their policies & financial futures.

    QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

    • Professional training provided.
    • 1-3 Years Preferred Sales Experience as an Account Executive.
    • Excellent follow-up and client communication.
    • Professional phone, email, verbal, and written English / (preferred) Spanish communication skills.
    • Experienced in Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, CRM, and Phone Systems.

    COMPENSATION / BENEFIT STRUCTURE:

    • $17-18 hourly, Plus Commission.
    • 1st year potential: $120,000 -$250,000+.
    • Commission Only option available.
    • Business casual appearance.
    • Paid Training.
