Investment Bank located in Baltimore, MD seek recent College Grads for it Operations area.

Ideal applicants will have recently graduated with a Finance, Economics, Business, Statistics, Math degree.

Position is a currently remote due to Covid-19 but will resume on-site in Baltimore when mandate is lifted.

Candidate will be performing various functions as it relates to onboarding Financial Advisors from various external brokerage firms. Description: Candidate will support the Account Transfer (ACATS) team and will be responsible in supporting asset transfers between contra firms. Our clients are our branches and candidate is expected to provide exceptional service to our internal clients along with in-depth knowledge of ACATS and our system. Candidate will be responsible to quality control client paperwork received from our branch offices in order to forward to various financial institutions for further processing. Also have the ability field phone calls from contra firm. They will be working closely with the firm's branch offices. Knowledge of Mutual Funds, Account transfers and overall brokerage information a plus. Strong customer service skills required. Resource will be responsible to support the transfer of assets between financial institutions. Products include Stocks, Bonds, Mutual Funds and Cash. Role requires of level of client service through phone and electronic communication which require strong verbal and written skills. Knowledge of mutual fund processing and core back office is preferred
