High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Must have a clean, valid driver's license

21 years of age or older

High degree of attention to detail

Must have reliable transportation to work

High level of professionalism

High capacity, self-motivated, driven individual

Skill of math (basic adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing – know how to figure square footage)

Ability to lift 50lb and be in good health

Comfortable climbing ladders, in attics and crawl spaces, or being on roofs (not afraid of heights)

HVAC knowledge and basic understanding Air Duct and Dryer Vent cleaning experience preferred but not required (training provided)

Know your route and schedule daily

Professional appearance and communication with clients Available to work year-round (all weather conditions)

Communicate well with clients
