We are seeking a dynamic and driven Marketing Associate to join our marketing team and play a key role in elevating the brands of Revive MD and Relive Health. This position requires a creative, organized, and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in branding, content creation, and team management, with a passion for health and wellness.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage social media content calendars for both Revive MD and Relive Health. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns that align with brand goals and resonate with target audiences.
Campaign Development: Work closely with the Brand Director to conceptualize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.
Team Management: Oversee a team of content creators, social media managers, and freelancers. Provide clear direction, set deadlines, and ensure deliverables align with brand standards.
Photoshoot Coordination: Plan and coordinate photoshoots with models, photographers, and other creative professionals to produce high-quality visual content for marketing assets, including digital and print.
Branding & Creative Oversight: Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all platforms, ensuring messaging, visuals, and tone reflect the core values of Revive MD and Relive Health. Collaborate with graphic designers and copywriters to refine branding efforts.
Performance Reporting: Track campaign performance using analytics tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations to the Brand Director to optimize future strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a similar role, preferably within the health, wellness, or lifestyle industries.
Proven experience managing social media platforms and creating successful campaigns across multiple channels.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and motivating creative teams.
Experience coordinating photoshoots and working with creative professionals is a must.
A keen eye for branding, design, and storytelling.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights) to measure campaign success.
Passion for health, wellness, and longevity is a plus.
