Responsibilities: Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Brokerage Director at Corcoran Genesis in Greater Houston. The Assistant Brokerage Director will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, event planning, general marketing duties, managing a team of agents, developing strategies to drive business growth, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. • Assist with brokerage training and event coordination • Assist with recruiting and retention • Build an in-depth knowledge of systems and tools • Assist with agent needs • Perform Agent On-Boarding • Help with general real estate marketing with Canva and email systems Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Transactional experience in real estate is required • A desire to build an extraordinary brokerage alongside top industry leaders • Experience with various CRMs and Marketing platforms • Contacts and connections within the real estate industry • Be organized and efficient and have a proven track record of brokerage leadership, coaching, mentoring, or training Compensation: $65,000
