    Position Summary:

    The Mathnasium Assistant Center Director is responsible for supporting the Center

    Director in managing daily operations, with a strong focus on sales, customer service,

    and lead conversion. This role involves assisting with the enrollment process, engaging

    with parents and students, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The

    Assistant Center Director also provides leadership to the instructional team, helps with

    administrative duties, and drives sales efforts to meet center goals.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Sales and Customer Service:

    Lead the enrollment process, including handling in-person and phone inquiries, following up

    with leads, and conducting enrollment conversations.

    Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing parent concerns, building rapport, and

    creating a positive experience for students and families.

    Promote the referral program and encourage parent referrals to increase leads.

    Utilize CRM tools to track leads, set follow-up tasks, and convert prospects into enrollments.

    Conduct care calls and monthly updates to parents on student progress and satisfaction.

    Leadership and Instruction:

    Assist in managing the instructional floor by ensuring students are receiving quality education

    and progress.

    Provide coaching and on-the-job training for instructional staff, ensuring consistent use of the

    Mathnasium method.

    Ensure team members are effectively managing their instructional duties and interacting with

    students positively.

    Center Operations and Administration:

    Assist with administrative tasks such as updating student binders, entering progress data, and

    maintaining center cleanliness.

    Help manage center décor and ensure a welcoming environment for students and parents.

    Monitor staff performance and motivate the team to meet center objectives and improve their

    Skills.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    Manage lead conversion efforts, from receiving inquiries to closing sales.

    Maintain a positive relationship with parents, addressing any concerns, and ensuring they are

    satisfied with the program.

    Support the Center Director in overseeing daily operations and stepping in to take responsibility

    when needed.

    *The Assistant Center Director must be resourceful, decisive, and customer-focused,

    with a strong commitment to driving sales and contributing to the center’s overall success.
